If you want to run Shellter on Linux, specifically Kali Linux, there’s a few things you need to set up first.
If you are running a 64bit (amd64) version of Kali Linux you will need to add i386 support to DPKG in order to be able to install wine32. To do this:
dpkg –add-architecture i386
apt-get install wine32
After those commands have been completed successfully you should be able to download Shellter from the link provided above, extract the zip, and then simply run ‘wine shellter.exe‘ in order to have the Shellter wizard run.
